  • Estate Planning

Protect your family's future through Estate Planning, a process that ensures your assets and beneficiaries are protected, and that your wishes related to health decisions and guardianship are honored.

  • Divorce

A divorce is one of the most emotional and stressful experiences a person can go through. We strive to help partners dissolve their marriages with as little strife as possible. We also offer other family law services such as custody, child support, paternity, and pre-nuptial agreements.

  • Probate

Probate is a court-supervised process for ensuring that a deceased person’s assets are properly distributed after his or her death. We can help you navigate the probate process after the death of a loved one.

  • Guardianship

We provide legal services to protect the adult incapacitated, minors, and developmentally disabled adults.
If you are worried about a loved one, we can help guide you through this difficult process.

  • BANKRUPTCY LAW

Bankruptcy is a method where an individual or an organization that is neck-deep in debt can request to be relieved from paying the debts. Or they can ask for a reorganization. But in order to do so, they have to file for bankruptcy first. It is important to have an attorney assist you in your filing.

  • MEDIATION

Most mediation cases are handled in a day or less. Court proceedings can take months or even years.
