Debra G. Simms is a Florida Bar Board Certified Elder Law Attorney.  Her practice focuses on Wills, Trusts, Powers of Attorney, Advanced Medical Directives, Living Wills, Probate, Guardianship, and Medicaid Planning.  She is also a Certified by the Florida Bar as a mediator and arbitrator.

Ms. Simms is active in community organizations and lectures on Elder Law topics throughout Florida.  She is the Chairperson of the Elder Law Section of the Volusia County Bar Association.  She is also a member of the National and Florida Academy of Elder Law Attorneys.  She is a service provider through MetLife Legal Plan and AARP.  She serves on the Boards of the Daytona Beach Symphony, the Volusia/Flagler Jewish Federation, and ARC Volusia.

Attorney Debra G. Simms is a Florida Bar Certified Attorney in Elder Law. She started practicing law in Ohio in 1988. She relocated to Florida in 1996 and became licensed to practice law in Florida in 1997. Since 2007, she has devoted her practice to Estate Planning, Elder Law, Probate, Guardianship, and Medicaid Planning. She became Board Certified in Elder Law in 2014.

Ms. Simms' extensive experience allows her to provide a steady hand to individuals and families during difficult times. She works closely with her clients to understand and identify their legal needs and to create and implement affordable solutions.
